Rewards Program

Our Rewards Program allows you to earn discounts the more candle products you purchase AND by helping us reuse and recycle every time you return a candle jar to us.

Here's How It Works!

Reward redemptions are eligible on candle products only.

1. Earn 1pt for every dollar spent on all candle products.

  1. Your account will be automatically credited 1 point for every dollar spent on candle products on our Pasty Peaks Boutique site.


2. Earn 50 Points for Every Jar You Return 

For every candle jar that you return, we will credit your account with 50 reward points. You can use these points towards any future candle product purchases.

There are two ways to initiate a return:

Option 1: Return your jars directly the Arts Market

  1. You can return your jars at two Arts Market locations (Riverside & Danforth).
  2. The Arts Market staff will only require your email address and how many jars you returned.
  3. You will receive an email notifying you we have received your jars and that your account has been credited with 50 Reward Points.
  4. Not a bad idea to also send us a follow up email to pastrypeaks@gmail.com

 

Option 2: Initiate a Jar Return request via your Pastry Peaks Boutique account:

    1. Log in or create your Pastry Peaks Boutique account here.
    2. Click Request Return at the top of the page.
    3. Click any order item in your account.
    4. Select "Other" as the Return Reason
    5. In the Note field, enter the number of jars you will be returning.
    6. Click Request Return. You will receive an email confirming that we received your request.
    7. Drop the jars off at either Arts Market Danforth or Riverside location.
    8. We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your jars and that your account has been credited with 50 Reward Points.

 

3. Redeem Your Points

Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
